Requesting a return
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Email service@kubaola.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Before sending a return, email service@kubaola.com for return instructions and the assigned return warehouse address. You do not need our approval to exercise a statutory right to cancel.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. For faulty or incorrect items, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy; return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
EU and UK statutory cancellation rights
Where statutory distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you have 14 days after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Our 15-day return-request policy does not shorten these statutory rights.
Where required by law, a cancellation refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, but not the extra cost of an upgraded delivery service. Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
